They all cost a fortune - get a solar cover (about £120 in the UK for an 8x4m pool) which will extend your swimming season a month or two at both ends of the season

Does any one supply these in NC ? As the pool is a bit chilly in Dec/Jan.

Dizzy

You're probably looking at a May-October season with a pool cover, a little earlier/later if you're hardy (we had 22c in April)

I got mine off ebay so if you have an ebay account look up pool covers but a phone number I can give you is Evolution pools 08006526562 this is who I bought mine off but if you do decde to buy 1 ask for the towing kit it makes it far more eisier to pull onto the pool. Good luck

Don't go for a top model- the pool get's too hot in the summer

Big !

Our 8x4 weighed 15kg and went with CTA as oversized baggage no problem - I don't think a 10x5 would be possible

Hi - we have our pool heated by gas throughout the cooler months. I have to swim every day due to health reasons and this method of heating the water works well for me. The cost for the gas last year from October to April was £12 per day. We also use the Heatsaver product [liquid blanket] that keeps the heat in the water. Purchased here in the TRNC.

Hope this helps.
