Can anyone tell me how long it takes mail to get to TRNC from UK. Does one have to have a postbox somewhere and pick mail up or is it delivered to one's door. Thanks Sandra

I`m not sure about from the U.K. to T.R.N.C but vice-versa takes about 5 to 7 days thats from my own personal experience. We live in Kyrenia and don`t have our own mail box but believe you can obtain a P.Box No. from the local Post Offices. Regards Lesleyb

hi sandra, that is a good question, they say allow thee weeks... a british-owned firm I delt with say they never received any letters from england in seven years trading a five star hotel in kyrenia never received a letter I sent them from uk however I sent a letter to one firm that arrived correctly it is essential to put "mersin 10 turkey" at the end of the address never "north cyprus" since that would likely send the mail to the south perhaps others on the forum will comment about deliveries generally and the possibilty of using poste restante or getting a mailbox andre
