I was wondering if any peeps have purchased Koop semi-skimmed long life(Pink box) in last 2 days and had a problem with it being curdled and sour. I bought 2 cartons from a well known supermarket, I was always intending to take it back for a refund, but not had chance as yet, opened other one tonight and yuk!! that's the same.

Did you check the use by date? Name the supermarket!

Brinsley

Yes sell by dates are valid, 10/1/10

Starling at Lapta, I am sure I won't have a problem with them taking it back, but how many more customers could this effect if both my purchases are off

I have had the same problem with fresh milk (Mera sut) bought at Lapta Starling. I always check sellby dates.

Ileli have had the same problem and have no arguments about taking it back. The milk is within its sell-by date.

Why would anyone buy 'skimmed' milk in Cyprus, anyway?

It's all only made from milk powder, so it should be sold in TWO cartons - 1 for the milk and 1 for the water!

I had the same problem with my 'pink' milk a couple of weeks ago. I now shake the carton to hear if it's liquid or solid!!

Maybe the head pasteuriser is from China or using Chinese technology!

Just add water to taste, everon - it's cheaper!

It must be so infuriating that you're driven to popping open a cold can of beer!
