Complex Bars/clubs who owns and runs

sorry if this has been asked before I have searched but could find nothing



If you wanted to run a bar/club within a complex do you purchase it or do you rent the bar/club on a lease from the developers?

are they run under the maintanance contract?

are they private and only just on the development but not rally like a community association type bar/club venue to hold dance classes, Bridge classes, Bingo , charity race nights and the usual community type things ect

And does anybody know how you go about finding out this
