Hope someone could help me with this.

a couple of years ago I travelled to TRNC. I fell in love with the area straight away and decided to buy some land and have a house built.

I handed over 26,000 and as u can probably guess i have no land or no beautiful villa, that i was promised.

I spent this money in good faith and gave it to someone i trusted {foolishly}

I do have bank records to back this up.

Anyone been in a simular situation that could offer some advice?

Very sorry to hear what you went through.

I have not been in a similar situation. But all I can recommend would be to hire a solicitor asap!

It might be helpful if you could name the person who you handed the money over to because it's a small community and someone might know them.

Did you find Huysain at H & B estates that you were looking for a while ago. If not his mother works at The Ship Hotel in the fitness centre, she does massage, comes from Iran originally.
