| 'The Dairy Book of British Food'. Now out of print but look it up on Amazon and you'll find some secondhand books for sale. Very good, I bought it off the the milkman when a kid for my Mothers Birthday and she still has it! There's always Constance Spry, her book is back in print. Richard |

| try typing in Nigella Lawson in the address bar. She is a great no nonsense cook. You won't go far wrong if you use her recipes. |
