My partner is a qualified window fitter, including velux but only comes here for 1 month then back in UK for 1 month.

Would he be any use (get him out from under my feet haha). Would it all be legal etc?

Hi Pilgrim,



No need for specialist fitters, the instructions are simple and very clear, just make sure you have the correct flashing kit for the tiles you have.



I fitted a couple of velux's back in uK and never had any trouble. At least if you fit them yourself you will know they have been done right, unlike most building projects on this island.
