We have just returned having spent time at PBV.



We were last there in June and there is no doubt that development continues very well. About a dozen workmen on the middle block and the footpaths and parking bays are rapidly taking shape. Attractive walled garden features also takiing shape daily.



I understand that they are looking to complete all this part of the builiding, to presumably include the roads, footpaths etc within 3 months. I still think this is optimistic but it is possible.



Anyone going out in October beware! The pool is not being topped up with water (there is a leak). We saw no sign of it being cleaned although it is topped up with chlourine. It is expected to be emptied late Oct/Nov for the essential repairs. Not sure when such buildings as the poolside cafe etc are likely to progress - nothing has happened since June as far as we could see. That said, the thought to external design features on PBV is second to none.

At the moment Peter - Carol-Anne's husband seems to be in charge. Although his title is Project Manager I think it seems to extend beyond that. When we left he was endeavouring to put together thenext News letter.



My Daughter will be staying at the Apartment next week so I will update on any further news then.



When are you next over?
