Good to hear from you. I hope things are well with you. We are out in The TRNC on 3/10/09 to try to get some



answers from our builders. They seem to be sufferring from that well known TRNC disease "communication constipation"



apparently it strikes its victims once the cheques are cleared. I plan to administer an Efes enema. Usually does the trick!!

Well it looks like Ive stirred up a Hornets Nest?



A very Serious Question for you Sensible People:- What Would One do that Had invested £38,800 in a Buy off Plan...Paid all but last Payment up to Date...As Per Contract (I was a Little Late on a couple of Payments but still made them within a reasonable time)...Developer was 9 months Late in delivering/Completion...Development Facilities still not completed. Developer/Builder CUT Off all communications with me. Has not responded to negotiations on Late delivery Compensation adjustment. Does and has not responded to e-mails. Puts the phone down on you when you ask to talk about completion/negotiation....Cannot be bothered to turn up for meetings...Says "What is Your Problem" when You say Well When is completion going to happen and whats been the delay/problems?



The List GOES on and Ive had threatening E-mails from Developers Lawyers saying PAY UP...!.BUT NO MENTION WE ARE SORRY FOR DELAYS, CAN WE HOLD A MEETING? NOTHING!!

The Developer that has my money and my property is Lexington Developments, The Property is the Palm Bay View at Bahceli. I have put many postings on the Palm Bay View thread. Back through the gravevine I heard The developer and staff were very unhappy with my postings. I was shot down in flames by Chris Ritchie the Sales chappy who has since left. He slaughtered me in a very long posting.



I only speak the truth and the TRUTH hurts some people. I accept nobody is perfect and things do go wrong with regards to building projects. All I ask now is for the developer to personally contact me and say "OK We are sorry for the delays and problems lets talk about a positive solution and conclusion.



Nadav Fridman (Project Manager) If you are reading this posting Please have the decency to contact me and talk about completion on my property. You cannot expect me to not want some discount or incentive or compensation for late delivery.
