I'm due back there early Oct for a while. Any wildly exciting entertainment on at any of the Girne hotels, or any of the hotels, villages or restaurants on the West side of Girne. The sort of thing that makes a pleasant break for a couple who appreciate more traditional stuff or totally Cypriot stuff.

Live bands, hypnotists, magicians that sort of thing.

Quiz the Efes Blues festival is on in October at Jasmine Court. The local rag cyprus today has listings of other spots withbentertaiment as does the events page on 44. Hope you find some to suit you. We have just had Carima Burino at the new amphitheatre and wonderful it was xxxx

Looks like either the fat bird from the curry house or that Bobby Crush kareoke singer up Lapta way....



Still think of the unspoilt scenery and letter free beaches - sorry strike that,,,

Live music and magic show at Tolga's in Karsiyaka this coming Friday. Free entertainment and a special chicken meal for 20TL.

Live music every Tuesday and Saturday at Ibo's Bar in Alsancak. Went last Sunday and saw Group SOS who were really good. Packed full and great atmosphere.
