Hi there everyone,

We are buying on Crystal Bay Phase 2, and are just about at the end of our tether with Evergreen, does any body else feel the same?

You are not alone Evergreen are on the last stages of finishing of the villas at Cristal Bay Breeze i am in touch with four other owners all including myself have or had major problems the supervision of the build is very limited a lot of the building work on my villa is sub standard and they admit this . I have two major issues that i have detailed to them on site also in an email of course i have not had a reply . I am an NHBC Reg house builder when they have finished i expect i will have to correct there mistakes myself . They also think it is ok for there building wast to go over the cliff .
