The Government have just announced a severe outbreak of two infectious diseases, and are warning all to look out for the symptoms.



NCDS(MM) and NCAS



NCDS(MM) North Cyprus Developers syndrome (mushroom management)



Symptoms...get as much money out of the client, and then ignore his request for information.

Suffers stop speaking to the client, demand extra money, threaten the client, and then do no further work on their property. They then keep the client in the dark, and occaisionally throw

s---t at them.



NCAS North Cyprus Advocates Syndrome.



Get your cash out of the client up front (usually through an estate agent buddy and drinking mate), do nothing, disregard the recommendations of your professional body) Anything

extra. cash up front to your offshore account)



WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IF YOU SPOT THE SYMPTOMS?



Stay away from the carriers.

Report to the PCO (Do not hold your breath!

Do not sign anything!

Drink plenty of fluids. (alcoholic based)

Consider legal advise but then see(4) above.



IS THERE A CURE?

Transparency.

Honesty

Integrity

Fair play

Take legal action (see 4 above) and get a clean shirt.(you may lose the one that you are wearing.)



What can I do?

Be honest and tell your friends what you have caught. Try not to spread it further.



Take regular medicine as described (down your neck, as fast as you can swallow) see (4) above. KEEP YOUR SENSE OF HUMOUR. And just hope that your developer has only contracted a slight dose, and may well avoid a fatal dose.
