Karen Smillie is re-starting her Pilates classes this week. Pilates is a very gentle safe form of excercise where the emphasis is on technique, in other words quality not quantity. These classes will teach you that technique, they are specifically for people who have never done Pilates before or those who'd like to refresh their memory and start from the beginning again. No good for me, i was looking for something near Girne.. doesnt seem to be any classes this end???

Ladylittle, we're running classes at High Impact Dance Centre, Kyrenia (just behind Karakum Lemar)

Karens classes are Tuesday and Thursday ( Tuesday is full at present) call for details.
