| It you think "jobs for the boys" syndrome is bad in the UK,you only have to land in Goa to see it in full flow.We had our passport and visa checked 5 times in the space of 20mtrs.I have never seen so many government officials in one place,and most of them were doing nothing.So it seems we are not alone in having a vastly overstaffed Civil Service,the only difference is they are not paid the same sort of wages as our lot. |
