I am looking to find a loving home for Maru, who is a 5 year old Male (neutered) Japanese Akita Inu.



He is very loving, quiet and calm and rarely barks.

He is good with children and cats but he really needs to be only dog in the household

Your two posts have made me cry. I looked at the pictures and saw your dog and cats sitting together outside your house. Are you leaving the island? Is there no way you can take them with you? I already have 4 adult cats and I work full-time so I am unable to take them (I really wish I could). It must be heartbreaking for you x I hope you find wonderful homes for them all. Surely there must be someone reading this who could help.

He is gorgeous but we have a bitch who does not tolerate many dogs also hubby would not tolerate another. Such a shame thats now Maru, Max and Babe looking for homes surely somebody can take them.

This is a beautiful doggie and I hope he finds a home but please consider Babe. Babe/Max is very obedient for a puppy, very loving and desperate for a new home, he has been handled from birth, super with children and has lived happily with dogs and cats. Thank you everyone who has tried to help him so far.
