T here is an old chap in Alsancak/Lapta on the "high street" reparing bcycles.If you drive in from Alsancak exit of main road,its little furter up (1-200 yards)from a restaurant called "CENNAP",on your right.

is that where the t junction and garage are ?

If you keep Cenap on your left,pass statue where car park is then you come to Dolfin Cafe,right opposite Dolfin is a big greek looking house.Face the house and on its left attached is a small shed/building cant remember but the bicycle man is tucked away in there.You will miss him if you blink.Good Luck
