| Bought a pool brush from Siba approx 4 months ago, went for the middle priced one with the metal strip on the back at 30 euros as I had been advised by a friend who cleans pools that it was one of the best. Took it back to Siba yesterday with my receipt as virtually all of the bristles had come out! if you just ran a finger along it, they sprang up in your face lol. Was refused a replacement or a refund. Pointed out that friends had been using their brushes for nearly 3 years so mine was obviously faulty. No good, totally refused to offer a replacement. He said if I had bought it back after 1 month, perhaps they could of exchanged it but now I have used it through the summer, I was astounded. He said maybe I had been using "bad" chemicals, well, we get our chemicals from them (or at least, used to). Our friend also buys there chemicals from there so why has his brush lasted 3 years? So, do not expect a refund or replacement from Siba if (God forbid) you use your purchase! |

| Hi mia100max, I have a plastic one, without the metal strip, still going strong after 3 years Never leave your pool equipment in direct sun, as this will shorten the life of any plastics, including sunbeds etc, cover, or put indoors in winter. Good luck with your next brush and supplier. Navek |
