I am afraid the e.mail address given on message no. 10 has a minor mistake. Sibelle, it is about time you learned some Turkish

http://www.cyprus44.com/forums/23909.asp

The proper address is: kktcbarolarbirligi@gmail.com

Spot the difference!!!

Where's my reply from my fax? So much for the promise of all correspondence will be answered! I've been waiting six months for a reply from the Bar Council to no avail. What a bunch of useless liars, not fit for purpose!

Richard

New technology is all very well fax ,email ect But in cases where a very serious complaint is concerned I would rely on snail mail and Recorded or registered post

or even in an extreme case i would send it by courier as it has to be signed for and you have the proof that is has been delivered

I can understand you frustration which is not helped by delays in answering but sad to say a fax or email they can quite easily say it was not delivered here

How many times have i dialed my mother and been put through to a DIY store i hate to say and my mothers number was stored on my phone correctly

This happened with such frequency we had her number changed, and after this we always got our mother!!

Good luck

If you waant a signed document back in TRNC, you have two choices:

a) send it by double registered post and you have the option to have it delivered to the person addressed to for a small extra charge, or

b) send it by private courier, a service run by MTS. It used to be very good but not so good these days.

Later on if you wish to prove tht it was received, the cost of calling the postmen (a days wages) is more expensive than calling te man from the private courier i.e. they used to charge 50TL per call. It may have changed now.
