pre-paid elecrtric/water meters

Hi does anybody know if it is possible to get water and electric meters on a top up card because we intend letting relations and friends use the apartment and it would save the hasle of collecting gas and water money as people use varying amounts. If they do this type of meter anybody any idea of the extra costs.

Calculate your yearly costs divide by number of weeks anticipated occupation and charge family and friends that amount, fair deal.

All new water meters are based on pre paid with top up cards... Our's and the other villas around us all have pre paid meters and cards. Electric is based on monthly bill after usage...

So you are the ones in the minority at Bellapais. But surely Bellapais had to back pedal on installation after a lot of screaming and shouting? So they didn't reverse their decision on those already installed then?
