Our residency is due for renewal soon, but the problem we have is that we have recently sold our house so therefore we don't have a kocan for the paperwork, we are staying in a friends villa at the moment so don't have a rental agreement either. Does anyone know how we can get round this?

Thought I'd ask on here before battling our way through the crowds at the Immigration office to enquire.

I believe your friends would then be liable for tax at 10% of the declared rent.
