HSBC Account Information not showing

Has anyone else tried to access their account at HSBC to be told "Transaction cannot be performed at this moment. Please try later" I have been trying to access my accounts now for a couple of days and keep getting the same message. I'm getting slightly worried now.

mess 1 - think that was what Lehman Bros internet banking was saying just before that fateful day ;0)....

Have you been in to the branch to update your address details? They wanted everyone to do this last month and were restricting some transactions until this was done.

Brinsley - what do you know that I don't? My Girne HSBC account is working perfectly, and if HSBC is bust then the whole financial world has gone.



And, no, for the 95th time, it is not a franchise, it is a REAL BANK, with good assets behind it

HSBC ( Girne ) internet service is working fine ( both yesterday and today ).....had to pop in to the bank ( in Girne ) with proof of uk address....before Sept deadline..hope this helps
