| Berkeh2001 You will be very useful in any political debate taking into consideration that 'your self' is actually spelt yourself so, not being able to see oneself in the mirror, nor not knowing your reflection as being yourself there is hope yet that the UBP knows your financial contribution runs itself happily in fleecing your bank account! As they did two years ago, getting the Town Councilor to grab another 2TL countersigning his signature for a contribution to the 'party' before presenting paperwork to the Police for temporary visitor renewal! | Unfortunately I am out of the TRNC at the moment but I would have very much liked to attend the Pia Bella on Saturday. I have quite a number of issues to address with the government representatives. Is It possible to supply me with an e mail address so I can discuss my issues with someone. When election time comes around representatives of every party want to talk to me so hopefully I can persuade other ex pats to vote there way, when the elections are over then matters we have discussed are never followed up and we never here from anyone until another election looms. Conversations with government offices fall on deaf ears so if you could supply me with an e mail address it would be greatly appreciated. |

| "hopefully I can persuade other ex pats to vote there way," Um Beebop, as I asked in msg 15 how many of us ex pats have a vote because I don't for one. |

| Having lived in the TRNC for 11 years and being told that I am eligable for citizenship and then told that because I have been out of the country for more than 40 days not 90 days I could not get citizenship, I cant vote either. The main parties seen to think as I have been here for so long and involved in the community that I have a vote, but these are some of the issues I would like to have clarified with the the UBP and also other issues concerning the ex pat community. Moving the goal posts seems to be a common occurance. |
