| Can anyone supply me with a list of the questions on the questionaire given out at boarder exit points during the summer? E-Mail address visible. Thanks in advance. |

| What Questionnaire? I have never been given one - no way, no how at any crossing point. Are they given out randomly, or only to special people. I would help if I could! |

| Msg 2 the collection boxes are still in the departure lounge at Ercan. Only I can't find any questionaires any more. |

| Hi ROBIN HOOD,
The only questionaire we were asked to fill in, was relating to whether we had been feeling ill in the last week, with sore throat or sneezing. We had to supply our name address and passport number and a contact for relatives. These forms were filled in on the aircraft to Turkey and then again from Turkey to Ercan. I think it was to do with Swine Flu and the health authorities being a little paranoid.

| Tourism ministry issued a questionare about Visiting the north. They wanted to know if you owned a property or rented went into hotels or other accomodation. What appealed wahat didn't etc. Nothing to do with health issues. |
