Hi all sorry to moan,



WHAT IS THE POINT OF AN ORGINISATION BEING SET UP TO HELP PEOPLE WITH PROPERTY RELATED PROBLEMS AND THEM REFUSING TO CONTACT YOU I HAVE CONTACTED THEM AT LEAST 7-8 TIMES AND NO RESPONSE ONLY IN THE EARLY STAGES WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD LOOK INTO THE MATTER FOR ME AND NOW NOTHING ?.

I think your comments are totally out of order, whilst offering advice and support to purchasers you should remember that everyone works unpaid and it is not their function to try to solve your problems.

You can refer your problems to the government sponsered POC.

My comments are not out of order just mentioning why set up an organization to help people with problems and not even have the courtesy to let me know they cant help I know they help a lot of people just feel frustrated as every corner i turn with issues in the Trnc people just dont bother to communicate or let you know whats going on or just refuse to answer e-mails just seems if something is a little tricky its easier just to forget about it.

Littlenige ,Could you ask Marian if she has any update on Stamp duty/registration duty ?, amnesty i know was up to end April , but i know of cases where they were still being turned away owing to office overload .

The HBPG are an outstanding group of people who spend an enormous amount of THEIR own time helping others



If you have contacted them and not received a reply how do you know the problem is not at your end, sometimes message are lost.



If you have contacted them I am sure they will reply when they have dealt with the enormous work load they have to get through.



Did I mention they are not paid for the excellent service they provide!

As of 11.45 today Marian had 2 emails she had not replied to and the member on this board was neither of them as and whaen I get the email ( contents of wihich will remain private and confidential ) i will ensure Marian gets it.

I would just like to endorse your comments about HPBG.

I heard from Marion on my situation today.

Marion works tirelessly to help TRNC buyers, without pay, and despite her own considerable

difficulties. In order to provide support to people she has to rely on people like PCO.

Now given that they are so overworked, and don't know which way to turn, Marion cannot

always get the information required to answer peoples queries.

I think you can rest assurred of one thing, that Marion will never give up fighting for us all as

long as she has breath in her body!

I am sure that there are others in the HPBG and I have'nt precluded them,but Marion is the

only one I have dealt with.



Thank you all at HBPG. We are all indebted to you!
