I am a great believer in innocent until proven guilty, but for the likes of Robb if you are innocent get your ass back to the UK and face your accusers, in the meantime you look pretty guilty to me.

Good idea Nige and the "lawyer" who pretended not to know GJR very well who tried to sell us an AGA villa at HZ Omer when we went to him for impartial advice about another property. Would that be the same "lawyer" who turned out to be a director of the company???

Waiting for Mr Robb to honour his commitments, at least there is some site progress so give the guy a break. Will he be proved not guilty if he completes? In my veiw yes.

We will be looking for some board and lodgings if our Amaranta house is unfinished by August though!

Then when those that have waited and those like our friends who are quoted in first post should send him back to the UK to be tried. Yes he will get a fair trial there and be sent to jail forever. Anyone who deals in drugs should have no reprise.

Knock yourselves out trying to obtain a modicum of justice here, you may just get it. More likely your head will turn blue. Seems to me that contracts ARE enforceable here, but only in so much as those clauses which relate to the vendors advantage.

I have supported documented evidence that shows 162 families,

between November 2003 & March 2006 who bought a property in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus , via Unwin Estates are still , sadly without their properties.
