I am curious to know if anybody who has purchased property from Seyhan Yildirim has ever received their title deeds?

I think we are maybe one of the few fortunate ones in that our buildings were eventually completed, but as for utility connections, site/landscaping completion, documentation requests, conflict of interest when offering representation, failure to submit PtP, threats of mortgaging the site & lawsuit against the owners, proclaiming to be a lawyer when not, that, I am afraid is another story!!!!!!

He is my lawyer now, but I can never contact him lately. Terry Hamilton, his ex partner, has got me info.

that have got PTP, and given ref. no. (he phond London office) but not a bleep from Seyhan, Going out this

week so will again try to find him.

Good luck phylray! The last contact I had was back in July when I requested the D-file No: for when the sub-division of the title deeds were submitted. Still waiting!!! I did hear that he is now involved in some capacity with the government (God help us) so probably hasn't the time for paying clients!!
