Yes folks there is another supermarket opened, it is Merco and you can find it just past Pine Bay Club and the petrol station going towards Lapta.



How long will it last???????????????????

went in Astro in Girne' yesterday, looks like its going to close down, no one in and half empty shelves, quite a depressing place

Head out towards Ercan across the mountains via Buffavento. Keep on going till you get to the army camp just before the main Lefcosia/Gazzi road. Just before Tiga tradeing is a road (Brand New) off to your left that leads to another new supermarket.



If you have not been there yet then you should give it a go! Even the cafe' "Pizza Town" on the side is new and clean and has good food.



Best supermarket I have been in on this side of the Island.
