Msgs 8 and 11. You only get Winter Fuel payment/s paid abroad if you were already in receipt of such payments before you came abroad, same with Pensioner Credits paid to 60-65 year olds. I came here when I was 59, so I got none of those such payments, and now I am 65 all I get is the basic State Pension.

In 1997 when Labour came to power there were 67,000 claiming Incapacity Benefit this has now soared to 2.6 million costing the country £12.5 billion a year.
