do we need a licence work permit or what ever for selling old clothes music etc? and if so where do we get them from and how much ? maybe if every one knew they would do so.

Not for selling second hand things just get a stall at Lamboussa Market, I have done it lots of times, now there is a new one on a Sunday, so go ahead they need more stalls. good luck
