| Well theres one thing about living here, and thats the spuds, had a big pot this afternoon, with a big knob of butter, absolutly orgasmic..Best spuds in the world, Cyprus potatoes..Im loving it.. |

| No doubt the Cyprus spud is one of the best in the world and I love em. Cyprus soil is so fertile. The "May Queen" Irish potato in my opinion is the best. Not bad eh....when I'm in both country's I get spoilt. |

| Lilli, you certainly know your stuff. Hope you are feeling better now. Patricia & Bel are still in Cyprus, said they had a lovely time with your company and good food as usual in your restaurant. ( I had Linda's mum and her friend in tow so could not get away to meet you) I will be tucking in to some Irish pots on the 31st when I am over next. P. |

| As a matter of interest the seed potato for ' Cyprus Spuds ' come from Ireland. As a boy have spent many days picking the seed potato to send here. The May Queen is a great spud. Nice and flowerey. |

| I will never understand why they serve frozen chips or veg here, I put it down to laziness, we have some of the best spuds and veg in the world ( I do love Jersey Royals though ) x |

| well you havent tried an irish spud nothing in the world like ie. Our staple diet and did us no harm . We dont haved to say Cork Dublin Limerick etc as the are the same. In Uk Maris piper etc makes the best roasties oH I could go on.Youy catorgise bwe dont. I also love jersey royas as my treat xxxxxxxxxxxxx |
