There is a thread on TRNC Villa owners regarding this company. Have not heard it mentioned on this forum but hopefully someone will reply. Have you bought property with them?

Suggest you look at postings on TRNC villa owners site by all accounts you should avoid them like the plague

Out of interest were is the Laren construction site in tatlisu, as I have not noticed it?

Hi Sunnyday,
going past golf course about 8 minutes towards tatlisu there is a large almost complete development of white boxlike villas, sea side of the road. A couple of minutes drive from ealges nest I think. We are or were next to that. It used to have big Remax flags on it. There are about 8 - 10 villas under actual construction (I use the word in it's loosest form). It's a lovely spot.
Are you near there?

Hi Pugsey,
I know where you mean now. I'm a bit further on, nearer Tatlisu. After the junction with the new road over the mountain, in between the old & new roads. I work in Kyrenia, so go past your estate every day. There did seem to be something happening there yesterday, but it may next door, as there seems to be another development just after yours.

Hi Sunnyday,
It's quite a big site in an L shape, the shorter part facing towards the sea on the left. The large square villa site next to us is called Tatlisu Holiday village I think. Let me know if you see anything that remotely resembles building.
It's lovely up where you are. We looked up there when we were over and went to this restaurant in the middle of nowhere but great food.
