i know of a lovely bungalow with pool near babel garden centre in lapta. only partly lived in for about a year but very well built and nice location. has been reduced to £11000. will be sold with all taxes paid and kocan. if you want more details my friend lives near and i will contact her on your behalf. directions if you want to look - going towards karsiyaka before you get to lapta strip, turn left towards the gardens of babel. the road bears round to the right and you take the first turning on your right after the bend. the bungalow is the first on the right you will see.
