Any one know what would happen in the future if i dont apply for my deeds. Its the old story not enough money to complete everything now that the interest rates have gone down. The house is registered and the stamp duty paid.

Simple answer - you may loose your home.

This was advice given at a recent "seminar" given by the Bar Association and the legal advice was if you do nothing else, get your deeds. That way you should be fully protected.

There are a couple of threads last month, sorry do not have info, but if you put bar ass in search you should find them. Also contact HBPG for advice, Marian and team were at the event and I feel I know what she would tell you as we were sat next to her.

The comment re get your deeds was repeated throught the seminar so the legal eagles know what is going to happen.
