Paul, 12 months ago we all got a bit excited that the talks were going in the right direction, 6 months ago we hear that the talks are going well and have agreed on a lot of issues.

The last 3 months things have really cooled and it seems the only thing left to agree on is property and from what I hear and read this will not happen.



When is the date that they will say thats it and move on ?
