would it be possible to have some kind of meter to show how many times your profile has been looked at and by whome.

now i think thats a jolly good idea.

If you created a very large piece of computer code that logged everyones IP address and connected them to their username, then you inserted an individual tracking code into each profile page. (So that is over 4,000 individual tracking codes to be set up). Then all you would have to do is create an application that logged in real-time the page views of each particular member on the site at that time, filtering out the pages they viewed that were not profile pages of course.



Perhaps someone could write another very large piece of code that sent detailed analytics via email, with pie charts and graphs.
