Telsim are now running a new type of contract for mobile users. They are charging a flat rate of 49TL for 250 minutes a month and 69TL for up to 500 minutes per month. The inclusive minutes cover all calls within the TRNC to mobiles or landlines. These prices apparently include VAT etc. You can switch to this from an existing contract.
