I was wondering why after all the posts on TBV board berating the management company Sha'ron you have now deleted them all and are now singing their praises on this board, can you tell why you have done this, have you been courted for a favor perhaps?

I'm sorry Elenia but I think you might find I have never berated Sharon Management and I only deleted posts that I have started plus photos to make more space on my computer. I have had lots of problems downloading documents and photos onto the owners forum hence why I thought if I deleted things that I didnt feel important I could start posting stuff. I also deleted a document in the document section too. I have always sung their praises - we dont have an issue with Sharon like lots of people have. I am not sure why you think we have a problem??? Have you read something I have ever written about Sharon that isnt ever positive? I think I have perhaps been beaten down a bit by some owners for being so positive but everyone has a freedom of speech just like the people who complain about them. Everyone has their own opinion.

Elenia - whereabouts are you in TBV? What is your username on the owners forum? Hope you are pleased with your apartment. We are. Few little snags but nothing major. Are you using Sharon to manage your apartment?

Elenia we have a TBV site that you could have asked this question on!!! Instead of asking on Cyprus44 unless you wanted to stir up trouble I see from your profile you used Glenco for your services and have promoted them is this a get back to BHW.



Where are you on TBV site I am just back from site while it still needs a few finishing touches its slowly getting there. Owners are on to the relevent bodies to get the rest completed.



Each owner is allowed to use who they please and BHW choose to give Sharon a try out as they have been installed as the Management.

whats wrong with that?

a new complex always has issues to talk, complaint, or complement.

some people do not see the different between the devloper issue and the management issue and tend to inocently mixed them up.

Oops - alzeimers must have set in! I have just read back and have so far seen only two postings I made around or before the time we took possession of our apartment and I was judging them based on what a couple of other owners had said and yes I did make two comments - nothing major but they were two comments about maybe not trusting them. Since then I can only say good things about Sharon Management. They have looked after our apartment and done everything we have asked and if there was anything wrong I would put this to them - people only learn if you speak to them. So, does this mean I can big up Sharon Management even more or am I going to get accused of sleeping with the manager!!!! LOL!!!! Sorry cant help laughing after a couple of Pinot Grigios! Give me credit for being honest.......plllllleeeeeeeeassssse!!!!! Even my hubby is laughing! He knows about my alzeimers !!!!! LOL!!!!

Irishvixen In my opinion the wider audience should know how some peoples minds work not just TBV, Her contradictory posts & Fast Eddie's post proves just that and it doesn’t take a genius to work out who he is.

All I want to know is WHY did BHW change her mind, has she got a good reason !!!!!!!!!! it is not a get back, but it was her who steered us away with her comments and we are now delighted she did, however her little digs and inuendo now are upsetting for us, she and ONLY she goes into posts making recommendations for the very company she berated, WHY

and isn't it queer that she says she cleared the things from her computer to get more room, yet she still managed to scroll back after Gooligans post, obviously her trash can is not emptied very often

I don’t post much and only use the boards for information and to keep up to date, but cant stand hypocricy specially as we were pointed in one direction because a place was bad, and it is now great, and its no use blaming Alzeimers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope that things will come right on TBV but I must caution the silent majority are watching the vociferous few, we all have our friends and we all have our foes but we all share a common end and that is to make our little village our own little bit of heaven

Yes maybe we did have good reason after two small comments I made - we had a fire in our apartment day two of our first visit with two small children. Sharon staff and about 6 builders arrived to sort the problem out within minutes. This was the first time we met Sharon and they re-assured us and put everything right and repainted. We were pleased with how quick they put things right and made sure we were OK. The two comments I made previous to that were about trust (just before we took possession last year). I was going by what a couple of other people had said and joined the band wagon - maybe not a good idea but dont we all make mistakes! I recommended our agents for things like management and contents insurance (our friend works at the agents - but chose to give the on-site team a go when they reduced their management costs and felt it better to have someone on site than 20 mins away). I also made a comment about increased maintenance costs and not paying them (which we since have) - in fact it was the developer's delays not the management's problem. You chose to use someone else and everyone is independent and has to make their own decisions whether it be a good or bad one. Just by one person saying something shouldnt sway your own opinion. As long as everyone is happy with who they decide then there isnt a problem unless you arent happy.

We also agree with BHW as we use Sharon management on TBV and we are also very happy with the service they provide.

We are also menbers of the TBV site since last ,year so we always keep up to date with all the comments posted and I will agree that in the begining,before we signed up with sharon,we also had doubts ,but after visiting them we felt that they offered what we needed in a management company.

I can only say as I find and they have delivered everytime.

From the begining with snagging,problems with air con to shower screens fitted they have delivered.When I email them they reply within 1 day and last month when we had elderly friends visiting I asked them to take out our garden furniture, as it had been inside for the winter.No problem was the reply and all the table and chairs were set up for our friends.

I totally agree with- you get out of people what you put in and you have to work together and so far that has worked for us.

We are not all going to use Sharon and not all going to agree with the way they work but we can all choose what is the best for our needs and at the moment Sharon are the one for us
