We have bought into The Squirrel apartments, We are awaiting ours to be completed which hopefully will be September. Have you bought or are you thinking of buying?
We were impressed with the quality of build (seen the show apartment) in April, and the location. |

We have bought C7(1 above the showhome), back in August last year. It has virtually been finished since Jan of this year but like you say we won't complete until September. Which block have you bought in if you don't mind me asking?
We thought they were excellent value for money and the finish was top notch.
We are going out next week and staying in Lapta.
I receive pictures of the site each month and are due my last set tommorow. I can email them if you are interested? |

Yes I agree with you they are excellent value for money and the finish is to a very high standard we were very luck to find this development.
We have bought in B block apt 7, It was still a shell in early April but Sergey the constructor is confident that it will be ready September. when we were looking around the site it was a hive of activity all the builders were working hard so fingers crossed we will be able to stay there in September.
Block C looked as if it is now completely finished.
I would really appreciate you emailing the pictures.
