WANTED Key holder for my apartment.

I am desperately looking for someone to look after the key for my property in Turtle Bay. I have some weeks rented out and need someone reliable and trustworthy to hold the key, Make the apartment ready for rental tennants and clean up after the tennant.



Any one recommend anybody....

It,s nice looking at their wed sites telling you what they do for you but no hint of charges i am sure they must have a set amount for villas & apartments with 3 bedrooms and charge what ever their needs are but i find it a bit frustrating because in the near future we will rent ours out and it would be nice to see how much around about cost it will be. we have a 3 bedroom apartment and we just want a decent package but not silly money for their services.

Surprised, that most of you who have bought here with the intention of letting your holiday homes have not already researched the subject to be honest - do you all have money to burn?

Oh and DON'T FORGET if you are renting your property here, you need to contribute 10% of your earnings as Income Tax - most of the people offering you their services are not registered, legitimate companies, and probably have no idea about that either!

If you rent without paying your dues, you are doing something ILLEGAL.

Does that not bother anyone? No, probably not.
