How do everyone, i hope i can clear up a few things for the moment which keep cropping up, especially Water/ Electric charges. I have just got back today and have bought a property on Chelsey Village, the charges i have to pay for both is £1500, this including deposits, this is correct upto 06/05/08. Now for the golf prices, i visited the Korineum Golf and Country Club and had a wee tipple, may i say the clubhouse is fantastic and the views it offers were beautiful, although i never actually went on the course it does look the part. I got a membership appilcation form with all the relevant prices on, the general one asked is for a non-member the price for high season 18 holes is £52.00, low season £42.00, there are other prices on the list which i will fax to anyone who wants it if they give me a fax number. This price some may think high but i play golf in the Benidorm area and if this course plays as good as it looks is actually cheaper than Benidorm, we pay between 90 & 120 euros for a round so this seems a reasonable price and i,m a Yorkshire man (war cry HOW MUCH). Hope this clears a little up for some.

Hi newlad, to be honest there are 8 different types of memberships and all but one has a maximum number of rounds per annum acople of memberships fees are, 7 day full membership = £1000.00 subscription fee + £1600.00joining fee and a max number of rounds of 110 per annum. A holiday membership (doesn,t say how many days) is £400.00 subscription fee + £600.00 joinin fee and a maximum number of 25 rounds per annum. I will try and scan all the info and then i will e mail it (don,t hold ones breath) but i can fax, as i say there is that much info i,d be here all night.
