Much appreciated if anyone can give me the Turkish brand names easily available in supermarkets for the local equivalent for the following:-

A) Cottage cream cheese

B) Creme fraiche

C) Sour cream

Creme fraiche is available in Tempo in Catalkoy if thats any help.

cream cheese is krem peynir and I've never seen sour cream here.

Sorry can't help with the cottage cream, but the Pinar krem peynir is very nice, as for sour cream just buy whipping or double cream and squeeze some lemon into it, give it a good mix and you have sour cream, you could even add some chopped chives as well. tasty!!
