| Hi Everyone,
Does anyone know about the SKYLINE RESIDENCE and SEAVIEW RESORTS being sold by MEDVIEW HOMES. Are MEDVIEW HOMES a reputable company. I understand there are a few completed apartments at the Seaview Resort, are they good value for money. What is the build quality like. ? ? ? |

| Currently like most developers in TRNC, Medview having problems selling stock, therfore delays in current construction and completion of facilities, it appears work has stopped on Skyline Residence. Build Quality looks fine, but hilltop residents complain of high maintenance charges, best to check |

Visited twice 3 weeks ago , men working on one bed flats , but no one on Hotel, no one in office either. Glad things have improved, as I was considering one as investment and lack of activity worried me. |

If anyones interested in Hilltop, we have many re sales there, and also in the new Sea View we have a one bed penthouse for 25k, the vendor requires cash quickly. Hope you dont mind me advertising on this link., but this really is our area for business.
