DHL well done! sent from south to north

just had a parcel go astray and end up with DHL in larnaca. called the office there in the south and told them id been tracking my parcel and it seems to be in the wrong part of the island..they asked for the tracking number,so i give it to them.ahh he said,you have a new tracking number now,we have resent it to you yesterday,you should get it today or friday.

Checked the new tracking number,and its arrived at Ercan airport today.

Glad to see DHL in the south are forwarding parcels that end up in there offices over there when they should be here originally.

track it and see how its been half way around the world in 5 days or so !

to say i was shocked when i had a conversation with this guy on the phone and he told me .oh you got a new tracking number was amazing.

maybe DHL have a new policy when parcels go astray and end up in the south when should be in the north. maybe they know something we do not!

DHL are pretty good when it comes to parcel delivery anywhere in the world..
