Invalid email address, cannot join 44

My friend has asked me to let the powers that be know, that he cannot join as everytime he tries to enter his email address, it is not allowed.



The system states, "Only ISP given and work email addresses are allowed".



I have checked this and tried various types, such as xxxxxx@hotmail.co.uk, xxxxx@gmail.com, I even tried my old work email address and even tried "public.enquiries@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk" as a genuine work address, none were accepted.



Perhaps someone can advise what he needs to do.



I've seen new members join recently, so I presume he is doing something wrong.

you need xxxx at btinternet.com or xyz at ayzernet.com or a referral form an existing member
