Yes you can but difficult as they are in high demand and only one Limassol Post Office has any.

That being the Limassol/Paphos highway, leave at Junction 28, turn left and just before the first traffic lights, turn left again and this new Post Office is on your left. It costs just under 50 Euros P.A.

They need to see either a Greek Cyp ID card or English passport, not a TRNC resident and as for an address, just make one up becasue they never check. No they don't need a Utility Bill.

Have in mind, if sending big parcels, they will not fit into the pigeon box, basically only small items and letters.

Probably stand more chance of getting mail over in the South than in the north
