I am looking to buy a HOTEL ROOM in the SKYLINE RESIDENCE in BOGAZ.

Have also replied to your personal email address - it was just in case you hadn't yet decided on a particualr apartment in Skyline, and to let you know that I am about to put my own Skyline room up for sale - expect the price will be hard to beat anywhere!

You may well be better to find a Lawyer from outside the area you are buying. This will lessen slightly the possibility that he/she is related/friends with the developer/builder. They often forget to mention these minor points.
