I notice nobody mentions phase 4 anymore, we have been waiting for two years for this to be completed ,our contract has now overrun by 10 months, is there anyone else out there who is buying on phase 4? our last communication from Hulya stated it should be finished by the end of the year, but after all the broken promises we are taking this with a pinch of salt. has anybody heard any different?

Phase 4 has been making good progress this last few weeks. Sewers, drains and electric conduits have all been installed and the site levelled. The pool is completely tiled inside and the surrounds, the footpaths are all laid out and paved. All the walls enclosing the site are complete and today I noticed they have started priming the outside of one block prior to painting. They could be finished quite quickly but next March looks good.

Thanks for your quick response, next March was our target date for our next visit, so we were hoping it would all be completed, furnished, cleaned, and water electricity connected by then. so fingers crossed, hope to meet up with our new neighbours then.

When the site has passed its final inspection, you will need a copy of your contact and passport to apply for your electric and water meters (copies for each). These are being fitted fairly quickly at the moment, usually within a week. Good luck, the final getting organised is sometimes a bit fraught but good fun.

Hi Ryans4, I have bought on Phase 4 - am living in TRNC since April this year - have watched the progress (or delay) of the site and now looking at things fairly straight - I would imagine March of next year could be a possibility. Regards

Phase 4 was getting painted last week it is starting to look less like a building site.



The kitchens still need to be put in but the tiling is all done. there isn't alot of room to get around the pool to the parking areas and they are putting top soil into the garden bits.
