| And speaking on CNN Turk, Milliband said a Cyprus solution was “technically feasible.” “It is too early to talk of failure. At any rate, such an opportunity will not arise again,” he said. It's interesting that Milliband is in Turkey, and he has kind of said, that this is the last chance for a solution. Have Turkey outlined to him their plans should the talks fail. |
