Hi Sazna,

Greenium in Karakum, opposite K Pet Garage have them. They are not cheap though, I would imagine they are cheaper in the south if you can get one back across.

Poweryourlife in Catalkoy sell them. I bought a ladder type one last year and it's really efficient. The shop is opposite Botanica in the block of shops near the new Tempo which used to be Stopandshop.

It was expensive at £300 but believe me when you get up for a shower in the winter and the bathroom and towel are warm it's well worth it! The price incuded fitting. You can see the range of towel rails on the website of Poweryourlife's supplier which is Noirot in France http://www.noirot.fr
