I did post on another posting about the way the bread is handled and re handled by everyone no wonder germs are spreading, they should be wrapped by the bakers first

Yes a bread maker would be great, at least then you know who has touched it.

or buy it direct from the bakery....... the one near the police station in Lapta is super - and they'll sell you bread dough aswell so you can pretend you did it all yourself AND make your kitchen smell great. (just ask for ekmek hamur)
